Platform Overview
Throttlelist is an online marketplace that allows dealerships and private sellers to list performance vehicles for sale. Throttlelist does not own, inspect, buy, or sell vehicles listed on the platform.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Throttlelist does not independently verify vehicle condition, ownership, or claims made by sellers
Listings & Fees
Throttlelist may charge fees for listings, subscriptions, featured placements, or advertising. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Transactions
All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Throttlelist is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for payment processing between users, vehicle condition, delivery, title transfer, or dispute resolution.
Prohibited Activity
Users may not:
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Engage in deceptive or unlawful conduct
• Circumvent platform fees
• Scrape, copy, or misuse Throttlelist content or data
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, design, and intellectual property belong to Throttlelist and may not be used without prior written permission
Limitation of Liability
Throttlelist is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Throttlelist is not liable for damages arising from platform use or user transactions.
Account Termination
Throttlelist reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm platform integrity.
Modifications
Throttlelist may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
Throttlelist is a performance-only automotive marketplace built for buyers and sellers who care about more than basic transportation. We focus exclusively on performance vehicles—including sports cars, super sedans, exotics, limited-production models, and enthusiast builds.
